FAQs

How many days in advance must i book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. At least 2 week advanced notice to be able to best accommodate and have enough time to source all items and connect with all vendors that may be needed for your event.

Sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute requests (depends on the package). Simply e-mail us to chat and find out.

What does the day of the event look like?

Let Amore Bloom Team  will show up at YOUR preferred location 1 or 2 hours PRIOR to your event start time to set everything up. (Depending on the nature/size of your event).

We then will text you a pin of the exact location (if outdoors) so you can easily find your proposal setup! We ask that our clients do not arrive on site more than 10 minutes earlier as you may find our team still setting up which will ruin the element of surprise.

Once the event is over, our team will return back to site to clean up everything.

Basically, all you have to do is dress up, show up, pop up the question and celebrate! We’ll handle the rest.

When is payment due?

Here’s how payment works:

In order to reserve and secure your preferred date in our calendar, we require the client to submit at least 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due 7-days prior to your event.

If the initial deposit is not submitted to secure your date, somebody else will be able to book us for your same event date and time. So make sure to lock-in your date with us as soon as possible! If you wish to submit full payment immediately, you will be able to do so when you receive your invoice via email.

What's your cancellation/refund policy?

In case of cancellation, we can always reschedule for another day, as long as we have availability. If flowers have been purchased an extra fee will be apply to cover the charges. The Company does not offer refunds for any Proposal Package once payment has been received. In the event that the package is not available on your preferred date and no other date is an option, you acknowledge that merchant fees cannot be refunded.

You are able to switch your day because of weather or personal reasons days prior to the event, so long as no other sessions are scheduled that day and it works for both parties.  By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you have confirmed that you have confirmed availability for your preferred date and/or have flexibility with your schedule.
